- In 2017, affectionately known as the “God of Food,” Mr. Chua Lam decided to open a dim sum restaurant that even young people would fall in love with.

Since then, he has traveled monthly between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, leading a dedicated R&D team.
Over 400 days and more than 50 rounds of testing, they crafted the first-ever Chua Lam’s Dim Sum menu — carefully selecting 30 signature creations from over 300 recipes. -
